Our Story
Dana Hizkiya created Next Generation Management Services with the sole mission being to provide the highest quality of service for homeowners and Boards of Directors. She manages homeowners associations, condominium associations, and co-ops. She has turned associations around financially and aesthetically and consistently provides full transparency to assist associations in maintaining knowledge and understanding of their financial standing. Dana has instructed numerous budget seminars in order to educate homeowners and boards and ensure they have a full grasp of their finances and how to prepare for the future.
Now, Dana has decided to use her extensive knowledge and experience in order to assist those that want to become licensed Community Association Managers (hereafter CAM) to not only pass their exams, but have successful and prosperous careers in this field. My Florida CAM School was conceived as the first in the Next Generation of CAM schools dedicated to the achievement of this very goal. As a Licensed CAM with verifiable credentials, she fully understands the legal, financial, and personal aspects of association management. Because of her vast knowledge, she is committed to teaching YOU the best practices with the professional management of community associations.

All of My Florida CAM School’s CAM Classes are state approved and meet the board education requirements for obtaining your license. These courses are designed to make obtaining your license easy by learning from a real LCAM who works in communities every day.
